Exactly! Why the drama?

ok i have some interesting things to share. Has this ever happened to you? Kristen and I were out last night at Soho East and were doing our normal kissing making out when the bartender reaches over and taps us on the shoulder and says go into the lounge area with that! I thought that was hilarious. Also when we were leaving two girls were smiling at me and one felt up my back as i turned to leave. I turned around and she smiled and winked at me. My girl Kristen was completely oblivious to this. Until i told her. That was pretty funny also.

I read an interesting article innthe Rochester Business Journal today. A real estate person has pitched an idea to turn the innner loop into a viable canal way. This would increase property tax revenue, tourism, and give a waterway through the city for recreational use. I think its great. unfortunately initial plans have estimated it to cost around $100,000,000 to $300,000,000. You wanna pick up that tab? But i do hope they try something with this city. Something different and radical.

That would be cool. But, I use the inner loop. What the hell? THE MAN is always disrupting my life! Did you know that Broad St. used to be the Erie Canal?

I think a canal downtown would be great! I'm all for it! Better than a casino, don't ya think?

This is a good picture. The Broad St. Bridge sits over the old canal aqueduct which was later used as the subway tunnel.

We have a lot of history in this city...
